THE CLARITY GUARANTEE (30-DAY REFUND POLICY)

At AlphaFrame™, we don't sell gadgets; we sell focus. We are so confident in our protocol that we assume the risk for you.

The Window (30 Days): You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If the device doesn't elevate your baseline within this month, send it back. After 30 days, the guarantee window closes.

The Condition (Adaptation): AlphaFrame is a neurological interface, not a toy. It requires adaptation. We strongly ask that you use the device for at least 14 days to allow your trigeminal nerve to adjust to the pneumatic pressure and thermal regulation before making a final decision.

The Process:

  1. Contact: If you are within the 30-day window, email us at support@alphaframetech.com.

  2. Return: We will provide instructions to ship the unit to our local facility .

  3. Refund: Once received and inspected, we will issue a FULL REFUND immediately. No questions asked. Only results matter.

⚠️ Defective or damaged units are replaced immediately free of charge.
